Financial Analyst
Azingo, Inc. is looking for a seasoned Finance professional to join our Corporate Finance organization in the role of Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will support senior leaders in various functional groups and will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, business analysis, developing internal management reports and other projects.. You will gain invaluable experience in a position which offers significant responsibility and interaction with senior management as well as a considerable opportunity to contribute to a growing Finance organization.
Azingo provides a Linux-based open mobile platform and mobile application suite that includes a Linux kernel, middleware, application framework, SDK's for mobile software development, application developer workbench tools, and professional services for a variety of mobile hardware platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the continued development of our worldwide budgeting and planning processes by partnering with the senior leaders across the organization.
- Provide forecasting and planning leadership and assistance to ensure that forecasts, plans and strategies are consistent with corporate wide goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial forecasts of headcount, operating expenses and capital expenditures and perform budget versus actual analyses.
Create reporting packages and work with senior management to define and track key performance metrics.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and help review critical financial decisions, such as evaluating acquisitions and licensing alternatives.
- Prepare and update various financial planning and analysis tools, including revenue forecasts, identifying trends and recommending action plans.
- Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and presenting findings, analyses and recommendations.
- Apply appropriate costing and pricing techniques, tools, tactics and strategies to develop costing and pricing for complex deals.
Provide financial analytical support for various projects on an as needed basis.
Skills and Requirements:
- BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
- MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a high growth company; 2 to 3 years of operational experience preferred.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical and modeling skills.
- Proven experience in using skills for analyzing modeling and reporting financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines.
- Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts Payable function by ensuring timely processing of vendor bills, and expense reports per company guidelines of payment authorization
- Run AP Aging weekly, and issue checks
- Review travel reports, and ensuring expenses conform to Azingo Travel Policy
- Perform bank reconciliation monthly
- Reconcile various accrual accounts
- Manage the Receivable function by issuing customer invoices at month-end or as needed
- Receive customer payments daily, and record in Intacct
- Track unpaid invoices by running AR Aging weekly, and contact customers weekly for overdue payment

- Manage the Fixed Asset function by tracking fixed assets lists, and maintaining depreciation schedules

Requirements:

Technical Marketing Manager
The TMM will work closely with the product management, marketing communications and sales teams to ensure that value propositions are accurately and consistently delivered to the market.
Responsibilities:
- The TMM’s responsibilities will include the following activities:
Serve as the technical evangelist for Azingo’s software solutions.
- Create technical content and messaging for customer presentations, marketing collateral, web sites and sales tools that transform technical and business differentiators into crisp value propositions.

IT Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Manages the internal information systems function, including networks, and computer operations. Coordinates with functional departments and establishes priorities for systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company’s information processing systems.
Manages load configuration of central data communication processor and makes recommendations for purchase or upgrade of data networks. Negotiates and places orders with common carriers. Maintains all networks, including Internet interfaces. Maintains the data storage system and performs system back-ups.
Coordinates terminal orders and cable installation, as well as network system planning, installing, monitoring, testing and servicing. Provides systems analysis and makes recommendations on potential hardware and software purchases and upgrades.
Specific duties will include:
- Develop and enhance Technical Support policies, procedures, and methods of communication to internal and external parties (customer and partners)
- Develop system improvements, equipment specifications and new technology possibilities – set control for standard hardware (desktop/laptop set-up), and software versions.
- Establish and manage the budget, set pricing, develop and maintain a plan, and ultimately manage the function as a business center
- Manage SOPs for Change Control on key validated systems (documented, auditable).
- Co-ordinate with IT personnel at larger remote facilities to ensure all needs and requirements are met
- Hire and Manage local 3rd party support for smaller remote facilities
- Maintain inventory list of hardware/software and I.T. vendors
- Manage license inventory and pursue pricing structure improvements
- Ensure, measure, and improve the quality of the support experience and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Advanced level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) experience required. Certification a plus.
